Terms of Service & License
Sovren Labs LLC (“Sovren Labs,” “we,” “us”).
1. Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. Our products
We create digital products — planners, templates, spreadsheets, e-books, and tools — sold today through third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy and Gumroad) and, in the future, through this website. Each product's listing describes what it includes.
3. License to use
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. Unless a product's listing expressly says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files, or claim them as your own.
4. Payments, delivery & refunds
Purchases are processed by the marketplace where you buy (for example, Etsy or Gumroad), which acts as the seller/merchant of record and handles payment and delivery. Refunds are governed by that marketplace's policy together with any refund policy stated on the product listing. We are not a payment processor and do not store your card details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the products or site — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, and no reproduction or redistribution beyond your license.
6. Intellectual property
We own or license all content in our products and on this site. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of, the underlying work.
7. No professional advice; disclaimer of warranties
Our products — including any financial, budgeting, or business tools — are provided for general educational and informational purposes only and are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. The products and site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovren Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Sovren Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Governing state and venue to be finalized by counsel.]
